The Science Success Center aims to inspire students to envision their future while empowering them to take responsibility for their individual learning and growth. The Center provides advising and academic support programs as well as career development opportunities and workshops. Our staff provides support for students who have academic challenges, offering guidance and tools to address any obstacles. Staff counsel and support students through individual challenges and help them develop the skills to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

The Center provides a welcoming physical space to support collaborative learning and enrichment among science students, faculty and staff. Our programs and events help students expand their network with faculty, alumni and the campus community while gaining greater confidence, professional skills and a sense of belonging in Science. We are committed to building a strong, diverse community that appreciates and values differences.

We empower students to become agents of their personal, academic and career goals. In order to accomplish our mission, our staff builds relationships with students and fosters their connection within the College of Science and with the broader campus communities. Our mission is to build an inclusive community where students and faculty foster connections that improve their lives academically, socially, professionally and personally.
